Sick of being so tired all of the time?
Fed up with persistent pain and no solutions?
Worn out by random issues of 'symptoms'?

Persistent health challenges dominated by pain and/or fatigue?  I am talking about things like CFS, fibromyalgia, autoimmune conditions, inflammatory illnesses, long covid, multiple sclerosis, autonomic dysfunction, POTS, and so many more.

 

If you are anything like me, finding yourself having chronic health difficulties (ones that just do not go away) can lead to very little help and support. The usual pathways of getting treatment and 'returning to normal' do not work.

 

What I offer is a little different.

It is not therapy but it might be therapeutic.

It is not treatment but might bring support.

It is not a cure but it might help.

Using yoga and embodiment practices, education and community to support both your physical and mental well-being.

YogaRogue practices are all about developing wellness and resilience in the nervous system, supporting us to manage fatigue, and pain, and all of the other collections of symptoms that come along with so many difficulties.
 

What does that mean?

Feel better, find a way forward, move from overwhelm to resilience, better manage pain and fatigue.

We also include people with stress, overwhelm, burnout. Many of us with persistent health issues, began on the journey with stress and burnout ... join us to find support sooner.

 


There are always options, you can join however you feel today, and wherever you need to be: 
yoga mat, chair, sofa, bed!

 

Our Morning Practice

 A short, early morning practice, three times a week.

 

 Livestream into the Facebook group in July.

 

 There is also the option to join on Zoom.

 

 A practice for anyone.

 - with some stronger poses for those interested

 - also accessible to join from wherever you are 

 - (yoga mat/ chair/ office/ sofa/ bed etc)
